Trevor, Philipp and NJ visisted JFK middle school at Somerville. They
talk about rheology and food science with grad 12 kids.
In the picture, Philipp was having kids squirting a variety of
foodstuff(Maple Syrup and Mayonnaise) at
the wall to demonstrate concepts such as viscosity and yield stress;
Trevor was teaching some basic ideas on things that sit on the
fuzzy boundary of fluids and solids using open siphon and swelling
hydrogels.
